FirstBy is for genuine shopping, selling, and price comparison. The following are not permitted.
2. Prohibited activity
- Fraud, payment abuse, or impersonating another person or business.
- Listing illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited items.
- Scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to disrupt or overload the service.
- Posting false reviews, fake offers, or misleading pricing.
- Harassment, hate, or other abusive conduct toward users or staff.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts that breach this policy, and we cooperate with law enforcement where required.
