1. Return window
Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Some items (for example perishable, personal-care, or made-to-order goods) may not be eligible; eligibility is shown on the product page.
2. How to return
- Open the order in your account and choose the item to return.
- Tell us the reason and follow the return instructions provided.
- Ship the item back using the label or address supplied.
3. Refunds
Once the seller receives and inspects the return, an approved refund is issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within a few business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to the remedy required by applicable consumer law. This policy never reduces mandatory statutory rights in your delivery destination.
